First of all,do you have a CPA or if you are doing this yourself make sure you keep accurate books .I will comment further on that in another text. Do you have a merchant account?. Check out the rates. Do you have a Paypal account ? Make sure your buttons are working properly. There is nothing more frustrating for a customer than a website that is not working properly.
Offer you customer coupons or discounts . Always remember to thank you customers. Remember your customers are your business.
